Guys, lately I figured out the essence of the 3-Day Rule.
Basically, it's about showing a girl that you are the busy guy and convey non-neediness. But on the other hand we have to remember that one day in HB10's life is 3 days for the usual girl (as to the number of guys who approach her).

I've came up with the perfect harmony between the two.
One Saturday I met a girl who haven't had her phone by herself and didn't remember her number. The only way to meet her again was to time-bridge and give her my number. So I did. She didn't call me the next day so somehow I went nuts. I gave up Monday morning and then - slam! - she texted me that evening.
Secondly, Barney Stinson (S04E21) came up that the Jesus was the inventor of this rule. It may sound stupid, but I have followed it since I watched this episode because such rationalization is hilariuos. So, according to that, He died at Friday evening and resurrected on Sunday.

So, the essence is not to wait three days to call her but to do so ON the third day. Last Saturday I met two girls - first: two hours and kiss/number-close, second: #close within 20 minutes - and I called them both Monday evening (for the story, read my report of Sat Jul 07, 2012, link is in my signature). I'm seeing them both this weekend.
