I sent her a message telling her I was new to the site and was interested in getting to know her, gave clear reasons, and referenced her profile several times, and she didn't respond the next time she came online. (Shes an HB8 or so)


I sent her this message today, how does it sound?:


"Hey! I finished setting up my profile and whatnot, so I would like to invite you to take a look at it. I know you probably get a million messages a day, but I am genuinely interested in getting to know you. I've looked at probably 200 profiles on this site since I signed up, and yours is the only one out of them all that substantially stood out to me. I'm not a big fan of doing the whole 'pretyped message' like I've seen that a lot of people do on here, and I have been extremely selective in to whom I've reached out so far, so I can promise you that my initial message to you was out of sincere interest.

A couple of my girl-friends who use this site have told me that girls get sometimes hundreds of messages a day from all kinds of crazy people, so I understand how that might be overwhelming, but I would implore you to give me a shot. as for being funny.. show don't tell a good trick is to invent a fake job that is totally absurd (mirror tester worked for me) and elaborate on it in a witty way. my story was that I looked at girls in the mirror, sometimes kidnapped them. and as a cover I pretended to be a SW engineer, which of course is too boring to be true since everyone else in the Valley is.

plus, online is a number of games. you might write to 50 girls and get 2 replies. it's expected. don't get oneitis over a profile
