Anyone else mix a bit of cold reading into some of your teasing? I only recently realized I do this sometimes when I tease a chick, there's an element cold reading to it as well.

Example I'm flirting with this chick in the mall and she tells me that the store I'm located in used to located where the victoria secret is and so I set up the frame of inter store competition, so I can bust on her for being competitive, but I realize as I'm teasing her for being so competitive, I'm kind of doing a cold read of a personality trait as well, her competitive side.

Does anyone get what I'm saying? Its hard to focus because I've got a head ache.

Anyways I've realize many possible advantages to Cold Teasing (yeah that's right I coined a term ;p), one more possible material to tease a girl on, 2 easier to transition to comfort simply by allowing the cold tease to evolve into an actual cold reading or a discussion of the values invovled. 3 two birds for the price of one, 4 less time consuming then some cold readings, 5 the laugher defeats any resistance to the cold reading.

I've done this before, I knew I was teasing girls, but I never realized the cold reading element to it before.

So observe something, relate it to an "insight" into her, but express it with humour, teasing her about it.

Anyway I just went through a depression and stopped sarging for a year or two because of money and family issues, so its nice to be getting out there again and being social again. Figuring that cold teasing out is an awesome bonus. I even do it when teasing friends and,family, especially the competition thing as its a great way to deal with people acting like dorks, braggers who are being annoying, and other assorted silly people.

Quiting for awhile gave me fresh eyes I guess.

I feel ya, I like most started when a girl crushed me so insteada being gay and shutting out I branched out through this and have noticed little things I've already been doing. Its just a whole new mindset I'm fascinated by sociology and psychology and that's all this is

After work I tried a cold teasing and flirting with this cute freckled girl serving me at Tim Horton's. Got a great reaction, she was tired, but perked right up, so I'll concider that my good deed for the day.
