Flirting while in a LTR is healthy IMHO, I do it even in front of my GF. It is good for her to see that I can replace her if she starts acting crazy! I think anything beyond flirting would be wrong unless you and your GF have a mutaully agreed upon "Open" relationship!

I still do when I go out with my budies, If I go to the bar or club with my boys you can bet I will talk to some girls! I never cross any lines, I don't grind up on chicks or kiss, but I do game them....its good for a few reasons!

1# It helps your realize that although you love your gf there are plenty of other women out there who want you! so don't put the pussy on a pedestal! lol

2# It allows your gf to see that you are wanted, and that you are alpha.

3# It allows you to keep things fresh! to many guys give up the game 100%, stay with a girl for 3 years, get broken up with and they are to rusty to go game girls.

I do some random flirting every once in a while (a girl at the SPAM and a safeway cashier most recently) but it's not something I go looking for, I just go with the flow. it usually oscillates between banter and teasing. then I stop and walk my own way before any close happens.
