Hey all,

I keep messaging women on this site, and my response rate is, well, abysmal.

I’m not doing any of the “faux pas” things that women say they don’t like: I don’t just message saying, “hey nice pic”. I’ve got a pretty filled-out profile with lots (?) of different interests and no misspelled words. I even got the “you are HOT” email—which apparently not everyone gets.

I’ve gotten almost no responses after 20+ messages sent. I get a pretty good number of unsolicited messages, but they’re almost never from girls I actually want to talk to.

My profile is “flym3_2themoon”. (This site won’t let me paste in the public URL. Gr.)

Any pointers?

Give examples of some messages you are sending to girls on the site!

Basically, you are sending some pretty lame messages and not separating yourself from the other 200+ guys sending the same stuff!

I can safely say that 90%+ of your messages don't even get read (unless you're VERY good looking)! You need to send them something they have not seen before...Ex: It's a good thing you're cute, because that dog will not win you any friends! (Obviously only if her dog is a Mutt or ugly)

The best thing I would suggest is to use some canned material from the forums until you get the idea of Online Social Interation (OSI) I just made that up, it is mine! LMAO

The “Visitors” section shows most of the girls I message visiting my profile. Do they just visit anyway even if the message is lame?

as has been said, you want something witty. and a funny profile.
unless you're smoking hot, that's what will trigger the girls to respond.

you can also use opener/profile as screeners to attract factors you are interested in. my canned opener had a slight hint at a possible long-term interest (it talked about getting to know each other at a deeper level), and my profile had funny sexual hints that would hopefully screen low sex-drive girls somewhere else.

I ended up attracting an hard-to-commit extremelyhigh-sex-drive girlfriend
