Some girls my age haven't had a first kiss yet. If I pick up a girl who hasn't had her yet, how do I go for a K Close?

Try it all and decide for yourself. I'm going to bet 99% of those girls have had their first kiss at 14, some of them are getting laid at that age.

Where I live most girls are prude as hell..

just go for it. Girls that age are going to be too shy to do anything first but by 14 most girls would of hooked up a couple of times

They want the kiss.
They want the experience.
They might even want sex.

So try to be a little bit efficient.

Hang out with her, buy some ice cream, and then take her to a local park at night. Thats what I used to do haha

This can go a few ways. She'll be fully up for it, IF you close it just right. If you try and she makes a comment about everybody else being prude basically, I have always found a reply along the lines of "Why follow trends when we can set them?" or "Why follow everybody else? They can do their thing, and we'll do ours." has buttered them up for the future or got me the kiss. This has never happened too often so I couldn't give you any figures.
Worst case is that she moves away, and kills the moment. Not wanting it at all, don't get mad though. Just say it's okay, invite her back and just cuddle her. I've used words like "We'll wait until your ready, it's cool" at this point before now. And things just go on as are.

Important to remember:
- Shrug any setbacks you get.
- Most girls I know got their first kisses at 12.
