does anyone have a basic workout lifting weights (bulking)
3/4/5 day split? don't really mind
plus are squats and deadlifts really necessary?

I would try out a few programs to see what you like.
My fav by far is layne nortons phat.
Only because it focus 2 days on strength and 3 days hypertrophy.(spell?)

And squats and deadlift is a must. Just make sure you're doing them in proper form or you'll be in some serious pain once it gets into heavier weights.

Any particular reason you ask?

Sorry I'm unfamiliar on what those are.

But I'm assuming you will be putting yourself at risk?

If that's the case personally I wouldn't do them if it risk permanent damage.
Or just a really high injury risk.

When I say it's a must I mean it in a fully abled body. I personally never do them before but after I did I saw massive improvement in my game(basketball) and muscle size.

But as always if you can't do them then you can't just use something else.

Hey man, if you have any sort of spinal condition or issues, I would highly recommend consulting your doctor or specialist that is aware of your medical history before getting under the squat bar or deadlifting. I'd actually consult them before starting any sort of weight training to be honest, spinal injuries are nothing to take lightly. Be careful.

Try Kris Gething 12 week hardcore training. Amazing results! and best of all its free and there is a daily video with it. You will be like his training partner! After 1 - 2 weeks you will see results and after 12 weeks its looks you have been training for 1 year.
