I personally think it depends on how young you look. My mentor through college was 71 and he remarried a woman that was 39 or 40 (granted he has a lot of money and power) but it you look young, I say go for it. There's a certain "sweet spot" for guys that look like they're between 35-40 (notice I said "look"). It tells women "I'm old enough that I'm an established professional in the workplace but young enough to keep up with younger girls". I myself am 24 and know some colleagues that are in their mid 30s to early 40s that look young and can pull much younger girls with ease.

Really... as one said befora in this forum, you have already some qualities that girls enjoy. Just be yourself and forget that bullshit age problem. Go talk with her, take same main pua "rules" in account and don't take with you that "age problem". See how she reacts, if she gets confortable or not.
