What do you guys think about approaching women in the a.m on the way in to work on the train, or throughout the work day. When people are on lunch breaks and such.

I had an internship in a large building with a pretty big cafeteria a couple summers ago, and from my experience things were pretty easy going around lunch time. Everyone was relaxed and glad they were on break, very comfortable environment to approach in my opinion.
