I met an HB9 in college, and have been acquaintances for a while. Last thursday, we bumped into each other at a club where I've been DHVing like crazy. We chatted for a bit, and the day after, she invites me to her friend's birthday party. I DHV everyone there again, and the HB and I ended up grabbing food and sharing a cab. Throughout this entire time, I showed little to no IOIs, while she's consistently been showing IOIs.

I text her 2 days later, and I ask her to play basketball with me and friends on Monday (she said she wanted to play ball earlier over food). Plans changed due to logistical issues (on my part), and we rescheduled for Tuesday. But 15 minutes before the D2, I text her, and she says she is in a class that she didn't think she had to go to. So I got flaked on lol.

Do you guys think I played too hard to get with this HB9 (maybe 9.5) and therefore got flaked on? Anything I should improve on next time? How to proceed?

Well your situation is fucked up, because you fucked up. And i have done this aswell with too many times quality women...

It depends on how much the attraction has been killed, if there is still attraction just award her with return ioi's

Kino escalate whenever you can. Do alot of compliance tests and keep going up the ladder, don't stick around somewhere for too long.

Thing is that if you wait too long they will view you as 'un-manly' as a pussy..

Be the man when you interact but listen to what she has to say and go with the flow and give her what she has worked for.

I have a party happening next (or next next) weekend where she'll be. I'll give your suggestions a go and see if we can go from there.

Question: Should I text her? Or just wait till we meet in person (which might be 4 days, or 11 days depending on which weekend) to re-initiate?
