Good moisturiser for dry and oily skin

I've browsed other forums, but no luck.

I get quite dry skin especially in the winter, but in the summer it gets oily because of sweat I imagine. Is there a good moisturiser that will stop the oil but not dry out my skin so it feels like sandpaper on my forehead?

I want to get a nice healthy looking and balanced complexion, rather than a girl being able do her hair and make up in the reflection on my forehead.

I currently use Nivea sensitive, I tried the Oil control one but no luck with that.

try using clinique's Maximum Hydrator for dry sking
and for oily skin Kyoku's Oil Control Lotion

this are 5 stars product....worth paying every penny.....
