Props to you for having the balls to come out with it and ask for help first of all and second of all I have been dealing with the same problem for a while now....

But recently I have been able to cut down A HELL OF ALOT compared to how bad it used to be.

One of the biggest factors is if you do slip up occasionally forgive yourself. Understand that you are a man and its natural to pursue your sexual desires.... Its just how you pursue them that needs to change.

My best solution when I do slip up and fall is instantly doing something proactive that puts me more inline with becoming the Man I aim to be. Sometimes as soon as I " Finish" I force myself to get up and go to the gym. Or summarise a chapter or two of my college books. Now Im no psychologist but this forces me to get myself out of a self hating - shame frame of mind ( which ultimately drives you straight back to porn ) and into a proactive frame.

Another thing is that I keep a journal where I go over what I do everyday. This helps me to recognise the feelings and thought patterns that drive me back to pornography.

I like to switch up my porn viewing with magazines, DVDs, and websites. My favorites are POV where the male performer is mainly out of the picture, thus it feels like YOU are in control of the camera.
