Today i’m going to be speaking about that “natural gaming” that so many men have. You see them in the clubs, walking the malls, controlling their surroundings and the people (mainly the girls) that they’re with.
Now, you’ll read a lot about how to BE “alpha male”. The characteristics, traits, mannerisms etc. I’m not going to say that it doesn’t work and it’s a load of BS, because i’d be wrong. Many of those characteristics i have adopted and employed to my life and more importantly, to my mind and body. That “inner game” you see and hear so much around the PUA communities? Here’s how to develop AND harness it. Read on and get comfortable!
I’m going to start with two quotes that have helped me greatly that come from the great Mystery of VH1’s The Pickup Artist.
The first one goes like this; “Fake it, ‘till you make it.” When i heard that i thought, “Sounds easy enough.” But how terribly wrong i was. It isn’t easy to just be confident and witty and interesting and all those other great personality traits that natural gamers have with women. I had to really dig a little deeper. Now, before you start faking it… You first need to DETERMINE exactly WHO you will be replicating. I’ve heard of some PUA’s imitating Brad Pitt from “Fight Club”, Charlie Sheen from “2 and a half men”, James Bond. The list goes on. Personally, i looked close by. I looked to who i admired most and for me, considering i’m a musician, that was the Rock Stars i was listening to. I’ve changed since then. That was more than two years ago. I have now really honed in on the Alpha Male characteristics inside of ME. There’s a couple of flaws with imitating your idols or on screen characters. They have flaws, just like any other person and they may be arrogant or super self-obsessed and just plain out bonkers. You must pick someone, study their persona, and take all the things you find that would work best with YOU. Over the years, I’ve taken bits and pieces from a lot of actual PUA’s. I’ve taken bits of Neil Strauss’ style, David DeAngelo, Matador, J Dog, Evolve. I studied them and took the parts i thought would work best with who i actually am. Guys like Barney Stinson may APPEAR to have it down, but the truth is, if you go and do those ridiculous scams or act as narcissistic as he does, you’re going to have difficult time meeting women of high quality. After all, it is just a show. So, keep in mind that you will eventually not be faking and you’ll have stories to tell of your own. With the advice from my blog, you’ll actually BE the Alpha Male that is quite naturally, woven into your DNA.
The second quote is the one that i actually say to myself ALL THE TIME! I find it to be very helpful and it has brought me to where i am today. Well, helped me at least. It goes “It’s no big deal.” Now that sounds simple enough but if i had to say to you, “look bro, there’s your perfect 10. Go and approach her and if she tells you to ‘fuck off’, remember, ‘it’s no big deal!’ ” You’d think “huh… Na i’m cool man. I’m not ready.” It easy enough hearing it and saying it ,however, you NEED to BELIEVE it and LIVE by it. You CANNOT think that one women, no matter how beautiful or gorgeous or which ever word you choose to describe her, can have that power to control you. Guys put these women up on a pedestal and think that the women is above them. NO! She is a damn human being just like you, your mom, your dad, anyone else. Skin, Hair, Bones, Eyes. NORMAL. We’re all animals, after all and in the animal kingdom, the females look to copulate with who? The ALPHA males. Did you think it was only humans? The reason it happens in humans is because we are indeed, animals. It’s hard wired into our DNA and that’s why i said earlier that it is INSIDE of you. You just need to harness it. So, when you put these beautiful women up on that pedestal in your head, snap out of it! Don’t act like IF you don’t get her that all women hate you or that your life is over. It’s ridiculous to let one single person control how you will act for the rest of your life. Instead, say “it’s not big deal.” and actually believe it because, really, it isn’t. She’s your target range for when you’re on the battle ground. You’re going to miss a couple of targets in the beginning but you’ll still be firing which will make your eye better. So, when you see that 10, don’t cower away. If she doesn’t dig you, “it’s no big deal.”
But also remember that if she doesn’t dig you, then it is YOUR FAULT. Not because you don’t look like Brad Pitt, not because you don’t have money like Donald Trump… but because YOU failed to hit those attraction switches that she, as a member of the animal kingdom, is constantly seeking out. I’m not degrading women to animals. We are ALL animals. It’s a fact. But men, the good news? You can learn what these switches are, and how to hit them. It all begins with the above writing. Remember those two quotes.
For those of you who are determined to get better with women, i suggest you start working on those two things. Fake it until you make it. But remember to not be arrogant, self-obsessed, vain or plane out insane. Alpha Males do not possess these traits. And while you’re there, take the women off of the pedestal. You’re equals. She walks the same distance from your bed to the kitchen in the morning, and you’ll follow her and you’ll both have walked in the same direction, used similar steps, however, you BOTH had to walk to get there. Equality.
Being the true Alpha that is inside of you is not an easy task. It takes a while before you start to FEEL it and there is no magical book you can read once off and suddenly, be a legend with women. It takes time, it takes patience, it takes practice. But it all begins right here, and right now!
