Get yourself in the state where you are confident and at your best where you feel anything is possible. Women are smiling at you, giving you plenty of IOI's and approaching and closing them is so easy.

Now pay attention to your mouth. Is it closed, open or somewhere in between? Also, notice your teeth and jaw. Is it that your lips are closed but top teeth are some distance from the bottom teeth, or are both sets of teeth touching? Consider also the position of your tongue.

I am really curious to see what kind of results we get from this. For me, I am still trying to figure out what my mouth position is like when I am at my best, but usually when I'm at my best I'm not thinking about these things... Also, in hindisght it seems that sometimes my lower jaw hangs down, but at others it is closed up.

If we identify all of the body language traits that we have when we are at our best, then it will be easier to elicit that state again in the future.

Everyone should know it's closed, relaxed and with a hint of a smile- just a little one

What do you mean when you say "it's closed?" Just that the lips are closed or also the teeth?

Incorrect- We carry stress in our jaw. You can tell a confident alpha male alone off of his jaw. If you have a closed jaw it shows stress, a relaxed jaw is slightly open. You do not want your jaw closed, do not give this as advice. It shouldn't be hanging down at the ground but there should be a 1/2 - 3/4 inch gap between your teeth. Your lips should have a small gap but it shouldn't be ridiculous, just enough to show a relaxed jaw.

The smile is optional, I smile all the time, it's a part of my nature. Most guys on here aren't big on smiling, it s a big part of my attraction tool cabinet so I believe in smiling. Smiling is also alpha and I highly recommend it but it can also be a huge liability if it's forced, it should be a natural genuine comfortable smile. Smile with your eyes with a slightly open mouth for a relaxed jaw so that you can grant a true smile. When you grant a true smile you receive a true smile.

Smiles should definitely be used! Of course, as the last post says, it can be a liability if it is forced; but that just means you need to not force the smiles. An honest smile affects the whole face, not just the mouth. Your eyes squint a tiny bit, the "half moon" under the eyes curves, and the ears pull slightly back in an honest smile.

A nice trick for making an honest smile is to slightly snicker while smiling and you will naturally be closer to imitating an honest smile.

On a psychological note though, I think smiling too much is also a liability. If you smile at everything, why should the smile you give a girl be special?

You do not want your lips closed though you want them slightly parted or it shows stress, a beta behavior. You keep stating things false man. Stop spreading bad info.

Yea thats a smile for when you are laughing or about to/showing increased interest for a brief moment. If you rock around all day like that what are you? trying to catch flies?
