happened to me too, after almost 4 years in. the last half a year was a LDR. i found it out from her facebook. that was heavy, my heart almost stopped when i read those messages. i totally trusted her, when she came home, even just a few days before the breakup she was talking about moving togheter.
but without facebook i would have never found out tho. in fact i found it out after she dumped me. and she even denies it still, but its written there that she cheated. she was looking for a rebound and fucked a few guys while being abroad.
the second time it happened, it was my rebound relationship (right after the one i just mentioned), the girl was still in love with her ex. also found out from facebook messages. i dumped her in a text mssg and sent her stuff in mail.
Yes, there are always sign, but don't get paranoid. You will get crazy thought if you wanna have them! Your girl might also disappear for a day to bake you cookies and surprise you
