I'm a fan of saying "I'll give you a moment to get over this age thing." I think it's actually in the "Mystery Method," but I'm unsure. I've seen it somewhere, and use it to my advantage.
I tend to date women older than me! So, I get this question quite a lot. I use the quote above quite a lot. With the right tone, it's fantastic! It seems to take their mind off the whole 'age difference' and allows you to progress with the conversation.

Girls above 25 don't care that much... really young ones I have to tread carefully and try to re-frame as if they are too young for me (read that on this forum but can't give proper credit right now don't remember where I did)...

This directly would be OK with almost any older girl because it will (1) showcase your self-confidence and (2) turn the conversation sexual because when a girl brings up AGE DIFFERENCE as a problem, it's because they are already in a sexual or at least "romantic" frame of mind when "judging" you.... And older girls shouldn't be that uptight about the sexual innuendos... Pretty good remark to calibrate her sexual ease also.... Can't believe I hadn't thought about this one before I'm definitely gonna start using it haha

Instead of allowing them to disqualify you based on age, you build attraction, then disqualify them by their age. Ten74 is spot on. You don't won't to ever allow the woman to disqualify you, then you need to play catch up. Your goal is to turn it on her. "You're too young for me anyways", almost like you are turned off by her age.

If it's she may she's too young, you use it by saying "you are to young, immature girls bother me." Now she has to prove she isn't immature or young. One of the keys is to cutting a weakness is exposing it as a strength (your age).
