I'm no NLP expert but it sounds like its not getting you anywhere. In fact I think you made her feel better about her decision. It might just be time to forget about her as a romantic interest.

She gives me many IOI's and flirts with me a lot. I thought she might be trying to make me jealous.

There are some women that are natural flirts. Some are that way naturally, and others become that way because of their occupation in the service industry has taught them that flirting means more $$$. These could be real IOIs or they could be fake IOIs, and in some cases in can be hard to tell.

The only REAL way to know for sure is to escalate things physically and see what happens. Granted that is if you are okay possibly ruining her relationship and screwing over the other guy in the equation. You'll also be putting your present friendship at risk. Now, if you got into knowing her better simply to game her, and I'm guessing thats the case...then this probably won't be a big deal.

Push the interaction, escalate, kino or touch more, and see where you can push it. If she doesn't resist and allows it then congrats, and now you have any angry BF to deal with. If she does hold back...well you already know what happens then. Things could get weird and you may never see her again.
