Used Darth Vader open. Messaged a girl from online dating site. been texting with her a bit. Got compliance where she would text me her pic and stuff. Got it where I had her qualify herself a bit through texting before I would "let her" allow me to take her out on a date, basically try to set up the Chase Frame.

On Thursday:
texted her her okay, let's go out on a date, what's your schedule look like next week?

she says: she'll let me know by friday.

Well friday has passed and it's saturday now and no response. Do I text her something witty and follow up? Or freeze her out for another day or so?

I don't know if this is the best advice, but I'd freeze her out, and bump her down on my list.

Truthfully, I usually have about four to five women I'm gaming at a time. I try to focus on one, but leave the others at arms reach so I'll have options. If one flakes, I'll bump her down on my list and give someone else the majority of my attention till one does something to move up on my list.

And this comes from a guy who is dateles this weekend... So maybe I shouldn't be preaching in hear about getting dates right now. :-/

so does that mean, if a girl says she'll get back to you on something, whether it's a date, meetup, or call, by a certain day/time and they do not, you simply freeze them out? shows they are not interested otherwise they wouldn't forget?

Saying she'll get back to you, from my experience is not good. If a women wants to go out with a guy, her answer will be, "yes". From your description she does not look interested and is putting you off.

Women generally know their schedule. If they want to go out. they'll make time. From your description you are getting put off. NEVER show interest in a woman that is being standoffish.. that's AFC behavior.

I have options, if I'm getting standoffish behavior I NEVER chase them. I'll freeze them out. I know if they get back to me, they're actually interested. But if you chase them it looks like you have no options. and are desperate and will cause them to be even more uninterested.

When you get a lot of women that are interested in you, you'll learn to recognize that behavior. Half the time women will ask me out, or hint they want me to ask them out. You are not getting any play from her. She's most assuredly not sold on you yet, and is not to the point where she's attracted enough that she wants to screw your brains out yet. I'm just saying... don't chase women that are not that attracted... you need to show attractive behavior. She's not sold on you yet. You are actually getting IOD, indicators of disinterest. When a woman is attracted she'll know her schedule, you won't need to wait for her to make these decisions, she'll jump on anything you propose....

Is that the exact wording you used with her? If so, you made it too formal IMHO.

Would have been a little better:
"Hey, I'm going to be at XX place with a few friends on Thursday evening, you should swing by."

i thought the idea on the first date setup was to say let me know your schedule next week, that way you work around her schedule. Otherwise you can say I'm free thursday and doing XYZ you should swing by, and she might say thurs is no good for me, then you'll say friday, or saturday or sunday.....thus setting yourself up as the chaser?

If you say schedule next week, she might say Thurs, and you can say good, 6pm meet me here.

We don't have the history of your texting in the example you give. What I'm saying is that "Let's go on a date" is not the best choice of words. "Let's hang out and grab a coffee" is better because it seems casual and non-stressful.

Even on dating sites this is a better approach IMHO.

do you still think it's best for you to throw out a day you're free first or do you still think the generic "what's your week look like" and work around theirs?

I think we're putting way too much thought in how to ask a woman out. If you go back to the basis of getting dates, which is building attraction.. If enough attraction is built you can say, "come over and help me lick stamps to mail my bills.". She'll be down.

90% of the time, after I've built attraction, I'll just say, "Come drink with me!".

I agree...I was putting it out there like paint by numbers. I don't use the word "date" whenever I go out with girls, I use "hang out" or "meet up". I don't use the word "date" until we are going on "dates" which sometimes never ever happens because they often bore the sh!t out of me...LOL

YOU need to be in control mate but there's the tricky bit :

you tell her : lets hang out say FRIDAY (because YOU want/can friday)

a.she says : Yes ok....(interested)
b.she says:oh I can't but I cant sat (interested)
c.She says : I'll let you know x day (not that interest) freeze her.

now it could be that she'll get back to you with something positive but most of the time they wont. so if you get c is best to say : NEXT!
