Just trying to get some ideas on how to text girls when conversation hasn't been consistent and when they don't respond to hey what's up or etc.

Depends on so many variables!
How well do you know the girl?
How long have you known them?
How did you meet them?
What type of relationship do you have with them?
etc...

Anyhting from "Hey Punk! Spending my day off at the beach, how's your day turning out?" to "I just saw the cutest pair of shoes and they reminded me of you! Do you know where the Oshkosh-Bgosh is?" ;)

Really depends on the type of relationship you have with them going into the convo IMHO.

Most of these girls I haven't known for very long and have little rapport with or girls I've just met. Other girls I have known for a while but really never got to know. These girls are also 18-23.
