Could someone exactly explain to me how to pull it off right ? Maybe give a vid showing it or something ?
Honestly all you are doing is shifting your weight to one leg like you are about to walk away. So if your right leg is closest to her your weight is on that leg talking to her. Then as you give your false time constraint you shift your weight to your other foot like you are about to walk away so that your body language matches what you are telling her... Hope that helps!

Hey thanks dude . Mind if i ask one more question ? Can body rocking be used alone as a false time constraint ?
Absolutely it can! It is better combined with the verbal que as well though just because the person you are speaking to has two stimuli both verbal and non-verbal to see you are going to leave soon. Still, at other points during the set you can use this technique.
For example you deliver your false time constraint using the body rocking and your opener. The opener succeeds and you need to stack on more material. Then you might body rock out again, then lean back "Before I go...you guys have to hear this one more thing..." Be careful not to over do it because if you do she might just let you go. You can use other body language cues later on of course to be "hard to get."
