Here's the deal, this happened a year ago and I failed. I don't want this to happen again but whenever I think of the situation, it still bothers me that I still wouldn't know what to do if the situation presented itself again. Here's the situation:

One of my coworkers (who I had been flirting with) asked me to pick up a sweater she had forgotten at work. We were going to meet up somewhere but I somehow ended up at her apartment because I told her I didn't want to carry it any longer. She lets me in, asks me to have some tea.

Had some laughs, and I was sitting on her little one-person couch and she sits beside me where there's very little space, we were both sitting in that small ass couch. We were joking around, looking at stuff on her laptop and at this point, I was getting nervous. We watched a show for almost an hour and I could almost tell she was waiting for me to make a move. I didn't do anything. Just ended up watching that stupid show with her. Not to mention this whole thing happened at around 1:00am. -_- I just wouldn't know what to do. There's no build up.

What would you guys have done or said in this situation??

Kino, kino, kino!!! And do it as a kino escalation, make your touch more and more intimate until you reach her comfort threshold. Than you back off a little bit, and continue kino escalating until you push her to a new comfort level. In this particular situation you should have kiss closed her within a few minutes after she sat by you. If you wait too long it becomes awkward...

That's exactly how it is... I wasn't making a move for a while that it would seem awkward if I just started to all of a sudden. Should've kino'd from the start and came out of the floodgates early. Thanks man!
