hi,from Philippines here..still new to this community but learning fast. I never had a problem with getting HB's once i get to know them. i Guess have one of those personalities:50% alpha,50% nerd..but im scared to death aproaching HBs in the streets or other nonsocial environments..any hints?

Start introducing yourself to new people everyday and start having conversations. It doesn't matter whom you are meeting - just meet them. It sounds like you have a case of "approach anxiety" and it's NATURAL to feel that way.

What you want to do is train your brain/psychi to understand that approaching people is natural, informative and ENTERTAINING.

I love women as a whole. I love to meet them. My literal favorite is a group of 4 or more. I see it as a personal challenge - can I enter that set, dominate the set, social enginner my goals and keep the set?

That challenges me, and it's fun. It's a high for me.


Overcome AA and you're already ahead of the game.

thanks dude..im starting to learn how to handle AA.but its kind of hard for me,considering i've been bombarded with negative comments about my looks for almost 2 decades. i had an underbite.and the constant bullies fucked up my inner game.
