I don't like to use "negs" or even the word "neg" but in this situation I would call this a neg gone wrong.
This is why I don't like negs, if used right they can be very powerful to break a bitch shield but if you screw it up you end up looking like the biggest idiot.

I picked up a girl named Kevin once, I was shocked when I heard her name but I just kept going pretending like it was the most common girls name in the world, and that was actually how I got her attention, because everyone else made fun of her, make sense? Some times it is better to appear as the one and only gentlemen in the club instead of one of the many cocky funny morons. Cocky funny is a bit played out.

Having said that, I wasn't too excited about dating a girl named Kevin, I mean it isn't like I was gonna shout out her name during sex, my roommate would have had a good laugh about that!

This thing with negs is, you never neg something that she doesn't have control over, such as her name, appearance etc. As these things she is probably already self concious of. Use negs like, if she has obviously fake nails, "I love your nails, are they real?" when she says no, say "oh well I guess there still nice anyway" or the same with long hair extensions.
Other good negs are if she's wearing revealing clothing, say something like "your dad would be so disappointed if he knew what you were wearing"
negs should be fun any playful and should result in a laugh.
