Posts: 2 | | That's simple - title says it all; I'm improving my sex experience ("Sex God Method", for the rare ones who never heard of it, is above awesome for this) using Kegels for it.
But I always shit loads of blood. It's been years I go on and off Kegels because they ALWAYS make me blead from the ass and its annoying - I do get an overall sex improvement from them and that's why I wanna keep on going w them.
If you ever had it or know what it means or could mean, do say. Can't wait to do my kegels healthily & in peace.
