HB = Hot babe
DHV = Demonstrator/Demonstration of Higher Value

The game is a good place to start, has a glossary with terms in and should give you some training wheels to start trying to pick up chicks, but if you want a quick guide to the PUA lingo type in PUA acronyms into google and its all there
