alpha body language is essential, 93% of non verbal, and 7% is verbal, man, is crazy,

in the set, hand out of your pocket, zip you pocket up, lean back, if you hand is in your pocket, leave your thumb out, put two hand on your hips, hold your hand behind your back, chest up, head up, nod every time when ever she finish her sentence,

hand shake, the third person see your hand, back of your hand, when you shake hand, as well as back of your hand is face up, or straight, no palm up, it mean submission, use the other hand lightly touch them,

sitting down, relax, leg and arm open, take as much space as possible, when cross leg do the ankle on the knee.

if you are in the mall, try to lean against the wall, with one leg on the wall, and make sure your leg stand out more,

Been around the world twice, Talked to everyone once...

A lot of your body language is really based on a wide stance, wide shoulders, standing tall, head up, good posture, and relaxed body language. Smooth space consuming youthful confident(with purpose) movements. The rest doesn't matter as much but I'm a firm believer in illustrators while you speak. I'm also a firm believe in smiling but I have figured out that it is very alpha to smile by this point.

Courtship is all about sending and receiving signals at the correct time. Your body language is a part of all the signals you send(as well as escalation), it's just as important to be able to read the signals a woman sends.

My signature has a about 30 minutes worth of alpha video, it goes over a lot of the conceptual stuff of I believe about being alpha based on all my readings, documentary hunting, and experience.
