For those who've genetic hair loss, you can't stop hair loss. You can just attempt. Physicians also suggest taking in balanced and healthy diet and staying away from harm to your hair from tight hairstyles and blow drying. In case your thinning hair has been brought on by other illnesses, you might find that dealing with those problems will reduce your hair loss. Baldness a result of giving birth is short-term; your hair need to return without medical therapy.

I don't know if mine's genetic or not. But I'm gonna do what I can to hide it. I have a concealer for one. Also, I have read about virgin coconut oil having an effect. I'm not ready to look like a creepy older person.

Rogaine, and rogaine ASAP. It's better at preventing than regrowing.

My hair loss hasnt really progressed since I shaved it a year ago after it was long. Haven't shaved it in a while because I hate the shape of my head. Also, I don't wash it but once a week. I think having it so long and not taking care of it may have been why I suffered loss to begin with. I'm 30, so I don't think rogaine would work for me now. And I started receding about 6 years ago.

For the non-genetic kind of hair loss, cut back on giving women orgasms through cunnilingus. Instead, give them vaginal orgasms or ask them to grab your ears; not your hair.

I call this the preventive hair loss routine for PUAs.
  • You: "Will you please stop pulling my hair while I'm eating your pussy? Bitch. Grab my ears instead. Understand?"

Her: "Okay. Will you please go back to whatever you're doing? Naoooo."

Hey propecia works as well, but once it gets to a certain stage better to buzz/shave it, can make you look like quite a boss. Also tanning helps a lot with that hairstyle looks weird to be super pale and a shaved head, trust me I'd know. Also I think you can get the generic propecia online, though there may be issues with having to use a pill cutter b/c they are the wrong size. I've heard going that route saves a ton of money over the name brand.

Yeah a healthy diet will stop hair loss. Just get the right vitamins and minerals. I would not I REPEAT I WOULD NOT, take those propecia and rogain. Those use testoerone blockers to try to re grow hair.

So unless you want to increase chance of prostate or testicle cancer.
Want erectile disfunction, lack of sex drive, loss of muscle and tons of other side effects. I wouldn't touch it.

Only 5% of men get those issues but include yellow or discolored semen, loss of libido, erectile disfunction, and lower sperm counts.

The cancer effects are not very well studied but with cancer rates sky rocketing, I could only imagine adding testosterone blockers will cause negative effects to cells and sexual organs.

I read a great article in Mens Health, they had law suits in Itatly and Sweeden because the side effects are not on the label. But they only changed the label in those countries.

Thats what I have done and have noticed my hair looks more thinner whenever I shampoo. The thing about eating healthy is interesting.

The loss of hair can be the result of a number of reasons, most of which you can't control. The hormonal alterations that happen directly following childbirth and during menopause, or the inherited genes at play concerning male pattern baldness for instance, can be extremely difficult to correct. Hair loss can happen, in part, because of nutritional inadequacies. Stopping hair loss via nutrition is a organic method to maintain your hair thick and healthy.
