So im at a local pub in my normal realm of pick up when i stumble upon a hb around an 8... Shes there with her boy friend. Im there to show my buddy that I still have game and it works.. My GF is at a bar next door so I have to be quick.

HB: (kinda drunk) Tries to kiss me

Me: I just met you.

HB: My bf is sitting right there too. (kisses me)

ME: Nice.

ME: How can we finish this conversation?

HB: I don't know heres my number.

ME: Didnt get your name.

HB: Samantha.

So i wait a few days and i call her.

Much not to my suprise no answer... This happens when you pick up drunk girls.

So i go out with the buds have a few drinks and send a txt.

ME: So when are we going to finish this conversation...

HB: Who is this?

ME: Its ice i met you at the bar the other night.

No response...

Over the next few days i send a few txts and then give up on her. The reason, I continuously got no response..

Untill This afternoon.. I ment to send this txt to my friend.

ME: Sam are you still in Mich?

HB: Who is this.

ME: (relizing that it was really the HB from the bar again) It's Tim, I can't believe you forgot me.

HB: Oh, no i didnt forget you i lost my phone a year ago (met this girl a month ago) and i lost all the numbers... How have you been?

ME: (pretending to be this other Tim Guy she knows) Oh ive been great how about you?

HB: Oh ive been real good how are the holidays?

small talk continues..

ME: Well hey why don't we go do coffee sometime?

HB: Yeah my last finals friday we can go out after that.

End of Convo.....


Where do i go from here... How creepy would it be if i showed up?

Should i Show up knowing that shes expecting a totally differant Tim??

I dont know what to do from here.. Being in the community a year i have had sticky situations. I have never had one like this.

Ohhh man, lol, that is quite a predicament. If I were you, I would definitely not go. I would re-initiate the text convo somehow and then work this into the conversation: "You do know this is Tim from the bar the other night, right?" and see what she says. The worst that could happen is she stops texting you, which isn't a big deal. That way you don't freak her out or anything, and she knows who she is talking to.

I disagree. Pretending to be anyone other then yourself in the future will be bad.

Id say go, maybe even with a friend (girl if possible). When you show up basically lay out for her that you messaged her by accident and when you realized it you made up a name...then tell her that by coincidence she knew the name and you played along to get her back for not speaking to you. Tell her she shouldnt hand out her number to people she doesnt intend to speak with later. Tell her if shed like to make the most of it you'll hang out, if not your rolling out, have a nice life.

Im sure this wont be the popular idea, but id be pretty pissed if i were you. As a side note, next time call one time and if the response is not positive (or none at all) then dont keep calling and texting.

While you in a way got yourself into this by trying to get a hold of her too much, she shouldnt be handing her number out to just anyone. IMO you should teach her a lesson.

Then again im disgruntled

First you WERE needy in that you kept contacting her. You've got a g/f. You don't NEED this other girl. That was bad right off the bat. She was actually trying to ditch you anyway, hence the ignoring you. You should not have even pushed for this "date". Personally, I would just either cancel it. If she asks why, then tell her the truth. If she drops you at that point, you're better off anyway.
