I have a little lose skin around my waist, everywhere else I was able to just fill with muscle.

Is there any good solutions, besides surgery. Because its very little.

Does wearing tight clothes or like those waist slimmers have any effect on lose skin.

Any supplements or skin products that work well.


Also I have some stretch marks on my stomach besides scubbing with a luffa which has helped, anything else I can do.

Do you mean loose skin from losing weight? Or just a bit of extra fat? If it's the former, unfortunately there is probably little you can do about it. It's relevant to your age/skin elasticity/ whether you're still growing so can "grow into it" (ie; if you lose weight when you're 15, you're still growing so won't have loose skin there very long). One of the best ways to avoid it is to lose weight slower so the skin adapts mroe frequently as you go along, but that's not much use if you've already lost it, and even then is not a sure fire way to avoid loose skin when you get to a certain age. It's one of those facts of life unfortunately.

The thing with it is, pills etc. don't really work, because it's just skin and tissue - there's nothing there to lose anymore. Fat you can burn off. You can't burn off skin and tissue. Surgery may be the only way of getting rid completely.

If you just mean loose skin in terms of a bit of wobbly fat, then it's just a matter of dieting further and losing a bit of weight.
