Even though I still don't like the look, you are doing it quite differently to OP which doesn't make it look as bad. You have the necklace out which creates a focal point around the upper chest area, in the way that an open collar or tie would. You have also chosen shirts that colour match the t-shirts which is a wise choice. And the hat also brings focus upwards. As well you are using loud patterns which means the patterns themselves take some of the attention rather than how they are worn. But still, there's still something wrong about it...for me, you have gotten away with it in your pics - but I wouldn't be doing it for the sake of trying to get away with it.
The look isn't for everybody, it just worked fucking awesome on myself. Women fucking LOVE it too. I've had girls ask me the following

1) If I'm gay due to my style (said no straight guy could ever be that fashionable..lol)

2) Ask me to teach their boyfriends how to dress

Ultimate compliments in my book, of course I neg'd the girl asking if I'm gay for that shit test, but it's still a compliment.

I agree with you though, I don't like how a few of the PUAs up here are trying to work that style. It looks too forced and it doesn't go well together with the shirts they've chose. I really don't like "white" t-shirts up front either.

saq, I personally think you rock your style. It fits you well.

LOL, I'm still working on "bettering" my outard style, to match it with my inner game, lol. But, oh well, we've all got our points that need to be improved, and that's my MAJOR one.

Ingredients, there's both parts to my personality actually. Most of the time, I'd say I come across with the impression given from my avatar, with the exception of the taciturn. I'm definitely not naturally NOT inclined to talk, lol. But, I also have that part of me that is lighthearted and gentle too, when I need to be, lol.

It's not you that I don't think can pull the look off, it's the shirts you've chosen I don't like. :) I think anybody could most likely do it given the right clothes. But you do need something congruent with yourself.

Thanks saq. My problem however, is that my personality is so complex that it's really hard to match an outward style to fit my personality, lol. I mean, I'm not a flashy person, but I'm also not one to cower down. I have no problem with attention, or with taking the lead, but I don't make the effort to purposely say "hey, I'M the one in the spotlight! You get out of here!" No way, lol. I can just as easily slide behind the scenes and make things happen as be out in front getting things done.

Now, finding a style that matches my personality completely . . . yeah.

In short, I'm the A type of personality, or choleric, depending on which personality "scale" you choose to go by. And, that's the dominant part of me, but there's much more to me than that. So, I'm always open to fashion tips. I know who I am inside, which is the most critical part, but I'd never turn down fashion tips. I may not agree with them all, or like them all, but I'll definitely listen.

What character in what movie would you most like to look like? Or, what character in what movie do you think represents the way you would like to view yourself?

Could be a musician or someone like that too...just trying to get a reference point we can all be familiar with

Ok, as far as outward style, personally, I love House's style. In fact:

Forgot I had those two, lol.

I also like Vin Diesel's style and Will Smith's style.

Of course, there's the part of me that ties back to my old "rocker" days, but we won't go there, lol.

I don't know, maybe that gives you some idea.

That blazer is pretty cool. I think it'd be better to wear a darker coloured t shirt inside it though. Maybe a navy 3-buttoned t shirt. Kinda like this one but in a darker colour and not as loose fitting;

And here's Will Smith wearing something similar;

And I'd probably get some dark jeans/nice black trousers to go with that, a bit tighter fitting, and some darker shoes too
