most of the time it work when u yell out, make sure u use some hand waving it to her that you are telling her to come over here. hand out of your pocket, one leg is bend and stick to the wall, so it look like they are gaming you,

I have something kind of similar I do. It's less vocal though.

Works best when you're with a few people, lean up against the wall, act nonchalant, etc. Catch eyes with the girl, smile and just wave her over. Honestly the first wave over doesn't work all that often so when she gives you a weird look or mouths no, just shrug and start talking to your buddies again.
Then, catch eyes with her again (if she saw you just kind of shrug her off I guarantee she'll be at least a little curious and look over again) and I do this face, that I think it's hard to describe online. Raise your eyebrows, wide smile but keep your mouth closed, it's kind of like a "are you dumb?" face, and then exaggerate with both hands waving her over to you.

Works for me. Go ahead and give it a try.
