Often in clubs and bars girls tend to be sat by low down tables, often in circles, and especially in bars they do not tend to move much. I have tried opening in this situation but due to a large height difference and the fact they are in a circle i find it very difficult to make any kind of decent conversation.

Is there any way to overcome this barrier, or should i just wait until they get up to go to the bar, etc. and approach then?

You only want to stand in the first few seconds into your opener. After that you should lock in and sit with them. But do it in a manner that shows that you wont be staying around for too long. Don't forget your false time constraint.

After you do your opening and convey a sample of your value, it should feel natural! You can`t force yourself to sit or stand... Feel the momentum of the set and you will know when to sit, matter effect they`ll open up a seat FOR YOU!

and if chairs arent possible you can just sit on the armsidething of the chair 'yeahhh im not english] It also displays not too much commitment in the set

Cheers for the help, but i still get a bit stuck for the initial opening, ESPECIALLY if theyre in a group, as when sat down any opener feels like it instantly puts me on the spot, and a lot of the time they look at me as if im being rude and interrupting a conversation.

If you want to be bold, this is a fun way too but you should look totally confident and comfortable. But this is when there is an empty chair around the table

girls will be in shock but after few seconds they'd look at each other and start laughing.

lol, this only works if you're preferably good looking or very interesting.
