Exercise and physical activity are a great way to feel better, gain health benefits and have fun. As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more.
Exercise controls weight,
Exercise combats health conditions and diseases,
Exercise improves mood,
Exercise boosts energy,
Exercise promotes better sleep,
Exercise can be fun.

There is an unending list of benefits. Some are well documented, some are guessed.

But you got number 1, a boast to self confidence. The minute you start exercising you already feel better about yourself.

Can help depression(good for AFC's)

Can help person deal with stress and anxiety (good for AA, and rejection blues)

Exercise strengthens the heart, for more stamina and longer life.

Strengthens the immune system so you get fewer colds, and less chance of gettin an STD(still wear your rubbers)

Maintains weight (needed to game women)

Helps the brain think and repair (Nah I dont need it)

Helps joints and muscles to get relaxed and stronger.

Helps the penis and reproductive organs, by sending oxygen down there to make cells vitale and healthy.
