Just left a meet up. I wasn't feeling it. Maybe some IOIs with her flipping her hair and fidgeting with her earrings. But then again, I tried maintaining eye contact, but she mostly looked left or right, and at one point she rubbed her nose (in a way in which I would never do in front of a chick). Anyway, when we parted she mentioned having to meet up again, I was kind of cool about it, evoking sort of a "yeah, right" attitude, like this isn't my first rodeo, I know this is just lip service. Our texts were very flirty and fun, but that same energy wasn't there tonight.

Do I bother texting her again? I mean, she's a solid HB8, but what would I even say? It seemed rather dead.

i would, if this is the first time you guys went out, she could be looking to her left or right out of nervousness. most people can open up while texting, but face to face is a whole new ball game bro. as far as what to say, there are plenty of material available here to help you reconnect, i personally would just start off from a simple "what's up" and go from there.

Exactly what happend to me yesterday. Met on pof non stop texting. Meet was fine we chatted she laughed but got home and her texts dropped to one liners. " You have a good time?" "yeah". I can't even put my finger on what went wrong. I just decided not to bother texting her back

After thinking about it, I figured I had nothing to lose, so I texted her. It was something funny that riffed off our convo last night. Didn't want to go with something generic because it would go against my frame. Anyway, she responded back in 3-minutes with some ha-has and excitement, so I'm guessing that's a good sign. Went back and forth two more times before I left it. I was hoping to see if she'll initiate contact...maybe hit her back up in a day or two?

Dunno if she was nervous, but I played pretty well. Always room for improvement. I do need to work on the mindset that a girl is a girl is a girl...I've been playing with twenty-somethings--quite a bit younger--and easier in my opinion (well, probably just in my head), so I get thrown-off around those closer to my age. Maybe I read it wrong initially?
