I don't know if this is in the right section, but here is the situation. I have been seeing 'the girl from next door' (She actually lives one building in front of me) for a while now. At first things went really great I took her out to the club and we had a great time, but I didn't k-close just hugged and said goodnight. We do hang on occassion, walking the dogs, talking over SPAM( A LOT) but now more like friends, despite my attempst to kino and sexualize the convo when were together. How can I atleast kiss close this girl and take it to the next level?

Ps: whenever she tells a story she looks in the distant so its hard to maintain eye contact, unless im directly in front of her, which feels awkward.

From reading this I get a strong feeling she LJBF-ed you. To start there are two things you need to do. First: you said you talk a lot on SPAM, make that a lot less, don't be so available! Don't reply her sometimes and when you do answer, keep your answers short and sweet, don't use one letter more than you have to. Now don't change your style from pagelong texts to one word answers but start thinking about it more, do I absolutely have to typ all this... when you spend less time in text, f2f will be worth more, even when walking the dogs!

Second: are there any other girls in your life? If so, spend more time with them, if not go find them! Other girls in your life means you will fixate less on this one, which makes you worry less, which makes you more relaxed, which makes you more fun, which improves you chances...

Tell us a little more about this girl, so I can go in depth more on the tactics to get this one...

That was also what I was thinking about doing, I just needed someone to confirm that for me. I do have other girls in my life, however those are just booty calls. When I actually met her, at first there was not a lot of attraction towards her, but later on it started to develop. This is why we became so close to each other as friends I think. As for the girl...you can say she is the go with the flow type of girl. As long as you are having fun shes having fun. On occassion I flirt with her best friend, which results in an instant SPAM message from her, where she goes total drama queen on me. I often bust her on this and then she acts normal again.
Do you think she is joking when I flirt with other girls or is there some sort of attraction( I'm blind when it comes to seeying clues)?

Attraction I say. i think this is unconscious to some extent and she just can't help it.

I think she knows you like her but may be waiting for you to open up.

From what I got, your in the gray area. If you keep what your doing, you'll end up being her friend. Try to do small kino. Then build up. Stuff like, picking stuff out of her hair would be a good test. This is one of 'style's' method. Keep like a tissue in your pocket. While your together, prefer close and quite, rip a small piece of tissue and keeping it between your finger. Reach over and run your finger through the side of her hair. Then justify the action by showing her the tissue. If your at a good spot like watching movie at home. Base on her reaction, you may be able to K-close if you set the mood right.

Another thing you could try is while your walking your dogs together, grab her hand and pull her towards to and say 'Look out bug!'. After, don't let go her hand and see if she let go first. If she does in a quick matter then you need to work on her more. If she doesn't let go then just keep holding her hand and keep walking.
