no opener needed so what to do next?
ok so I have a job that is seasonal(ends after winter break) and there is a girl there whom I just can't stop thinking sexual thoughts about. I'm a quiet guy and this girl seems quiet too. Now I haven't done much to really warm up to her since I am such a quiet guy (confident tho). e work in cramped spaces and often we are too busy to talk but there are down times where I can never think of anything to talk about. Wondering what I should do next?

spark up a conversation and mention that you should get together sometime outside of work and hang out it will be fun.

or you could say something like we should stay in touch, perhaps we could get together and do something sometime afterwork. while you say this either hand her your cell phone or pen and paper,

if you hand her your cell phone just say, hook a crook up with yo digits (a personal fav). or whatever you choose to say

or

if you do the pen and paper thing make sure that the paper you use is something that looks like scratch paper, you dont wanna pull out a nicely cut little piece of paper cause that would seem rehearsed.

i personally carry a small sharpie mini and an old reciept from somewhere for this exact purpose.

Treat it like a regular sarge and do an opinion opener. She should be easy to open since she works with you and probably wants to have somebody to talk to at work.

Well, as you most likely arn't an actual pickup artist, I'll try to explain it in terms you can understand.

Go talk to her and more importantly people around her, become an active part of the group, and as she is quiet aswell, pull her into the group.

as for conversation, anything will do as long as you bring it in a funny way. If you want to see her after work, say something like: ''hey I'm gonna grab a bite, want to come? It will be fun'' If she says no, just say: ''Ok, see you later''. Do NOT say: Why not? or come on... or please. This is called begging and girls hate that.

YOU are grabbing a bite to eat and IT WILL BE FUN anyway! if she wants to have fun to she will come too. So, if she says no, just act as if it's her loss.

And if you want to get over the fact that you are a quiet person then I just suggest to talk to more people.
