So around the corner where i work theres a store where a REALLY CUTE girl works as a cashier. I usually make small talk but shes there like once a week and everytime i wanna take the convo to the next level theres always customers. How can i do a great opening where she will feel engaged and want to continue the convo outside of work ?

P.S when we talk its usually something irrelevant. Like on the drink im getting or something lol. Gotta change that. Hey at least i make her giggle ! And smile.
