i would say that the no.1 thing would be confidence.you must show her that you can lead.that means that you don't ask questions,you do things.you don't ask for her number,you say "gimme your phone number".face expressions,and body language is important.

Because you are young, you have a lot less restrictions and responsibilities as she has. You are adventurous in her eyes, take her into your world.

Show interest in her and make it clear to her that you are available, and that she is not 'too old' for you. But not too interested you have to be a challenge but not so much of a challenge that its not even worth trying for her.
