Usually I don't like clubbing, but this time my friends managed to get me with them.

I was sober. And I had like a 'minicrush' on a bartender, who is approximately my age and is really sweet. Our smiles met quite many times. I thought of going there again today, but need a plan because im not a really good talker with people I don't know.

I was thinking something like that:

I go to the corner where she is working and try to order a drink she doesn't know how to make.
So I can say 'no problem, I can teach you' This may lead to a small conversation(usually they don't have time and so on)(it may also work as a DHV, because she doesn't know how to make something that I like)

I will then instruct her, and when she is on half way I will turn my face away so that she has to turn to me to ask what to do next? It will probably look like 'heeey you, what next?' then I'll say oh, my name is btw. '' asdfasf '' and next you have to : blablabla
When I get my drink I taste it and say 'you did a great job, nice!' and then leave TIP.
Then I'll take my drink and move out of her sight, so she has time to think over what just happened. About 30mins later I will go and compliment something about her, order a drink and smile (What to compliment about? I mean they get approached all the time and I want to be different, not like rest of the drunkards she has to deal with.)

And 30mins after that I'll go to the bar and write my number and maybe name on a piece of paper, tell her 'Enjoy your night' and leave, so she doesn't have time to ask any stupid guestions.

Need good advice on anything about picking up a 'hired gun'

Bartenders are generally going to be nice to you, because they want you to buy drinks and tip them. Plus you must understand these girls are working, they probably get hit on all the time.

Now from what you're describing, it sounds like its more of a pub setting. Again, she's working, you have this whole scenario in your head but it may not be like that at all.

The whole teaching her a drink thing is lame. I don't think I'd want someone to try to teach me how to do my job.

Go with a buddy if you can. If you go alone again, you show you either have too much free time on your hands, you're going there to specifically see her, or you might be an alcoholic.

Anyways, if you can your buddy to come out, when she comes by ask her input on a "discussion" you and your buddy are having. Introduce yourself, make sure your wing leaves after. Number close.

EDIT: This is at a club? Must not be a busy one if you think you'll have the time to chat up the bartendar.

Ye, it is a club. I thought that she wouldn't like it, once. I can take a wing with me, but how and what to do then?

Clubs are such a hard place to pick up a hired gun. Its busy, there are tons of people, and the girls are usually working late. By the end of the night, unless you are good looking or left her a good tip, they're not going to be thinking of you...

But if the circumstances are good and looks like shes free, just go buy a drink from her. Go away. And then buy another shot with your friend from HER again. Ask her if she can take a shot with you, you're celebrating ______ (random). Even if she says no, chat her up.

Don't say anything cheesy, she gets hit on all the time probably. Find something memorable to talk about. Ask her what she does during the day and then say something like "Hey, whats your number, lets meet grab some coffee in the day time or something. Somewhere where the musics just a little bitter quieter " with a smile. You have to be able to pull of that last part.

Keep it short and simple.

they like tips so what i do is get other strangers to tip her in front of her (adds value because you make her more money) once is enough.

use a trailing sentence. pretend your telling your buddy a funny story. my favorite is "and that's when i realized it wasn't a gorilla it was a hairy italian man." add laugh. if she's behind the bar it adds intrigue because she feels like she just missed out on a great story.

get someone to buy you a drink. adds value

be always just out of reach. don't lurk. be here be there. trust me she's watching

and last when she starts mixing you her specialty drinks on the house your in in

Do I tried it last night, the club eas busy. I ordered a drink she didn't know how to make. So she asked me what goes in there? So I told what to use, and like forgot to say anything I had in plan. She just asked how is it and i showed thumbs up.I even forgot that I 'want' her, so I didn't do anything totally froze. Later I let a friend to buy me a drink and that was pretty much it I also got hit on by a blondie, but I said no to her, almost in front of my 'target'. Didn't want her to get it wrong.
Anyhoe, today I'm planning of going there too, hope she is at work today.
What should I do & how to act after been frozen twice, been afraid to go up to her and say something, because I have no good ideas If I had any good ideas, I would just use the 3-second rule and do it.
