Ok, so making eye contact, no problem. My question is about maintaining eye contact. Now, with girls I often use the "triangle" method of one eye, other eye, lips back up.

But this is more generic than just pick up. If you're talking to someone, how long do you look in their eyes? Do you look somewhere else as well? I find myself looking into their eyes for a while, but then flicking away because it feels awkward to maintain eye contact for long periods of time, yet how do you look away without it looking nervous/bad/dismissive etc.?

Basically all it comes down to is making sure you don't look down or show unconfident behaviors. If you are making strong eye contact while someone is talking it is just natural, look away here and there to break the tension than return for eye contact. Avoid looking down when you look away, it's pretty basic. If you have a tv or something look away at what takes attention than look back.

When you are talking though look away and look around then make eye contact. It will tone down the intensity (unless you are at that point in which case strong eye contact is key).

By the way which triangular gaze are you using? The eye to eye to hairline(which is more for business) or eye to eye to lips(intimate gaze). Each tool has it's place and if you try using the intimate gaze before strong enough attraction it can make you come across as creepy.

Following the proper response curve is key when it comes to gauging how much eye contact to give a woman. Your eye contact should increase as attraction and especially as sexual tension builds.
