What are some good date ideas that allow for kino? Something that would already involve physical contact and make it easier.

anything pretty much, even coffee shop u can kino and touch her hand as long as u dont rush it too much

Be more playful, seriously. When she makes a comment about something, say: 'you're so mean, I hate you already', then push her away lightly (do not smash her to the ground!).

This kind of kino is so smooth, she will not even notice, but it WILL build attraction and comfort to touch her even more

Act like it's your GF already. When saying hi, give a kiss on the cheek and take her hand or arm and guide her to your location. Hold smooth eye contact and don't go for a kiss until you have strong IOIs.
