I agree actually. You should have definitely pulled the trigger and kissed her. You may have both gotten lay reports that night. But, it sounds like it's still salvagable. I don't think you did anything else wrong, and you didn't cockblock your buddy. Just get back together with them and PULL THE TRIGGER.
