So I've recently heard that the body of Asians is different from that from Caucasians. They have another BMI range but I was just wondering if there are also other things that are adviced for Asian people? Maybe they need less kcal too? Where can I find more information about this?

Everyone has their own unique genetics, but yes it can be separated by race fairly easily. From what Ive seen asian people have bomb ass genetics for bodybuilding. But as for changing anything around because you are asian shouldnt matter, just train and eat smart, and learn your body along the way. Shit genetics or not, still have to put in the time and work.

That's true, I was also wondering if there are other scientific methods than BMI such as kcal to calculate how much the Asian body needs?

As Otis said just do the work....

Grab a scale see how much you weigh then eat healthy for a week see if you gained any lbs then if you did eat a little less carbs, and continue to adjust your diet. Drink lots of water eat clean meals and workout. I don't think BMI or anything really matters a mirror is the final judgement.

There is no test to determine how many calories an individual needs.
