diet pills?

I went to the vitamin store and they gave me samples of Hydroxycut Hardcore and RX6. I read the reviews online and some ppl say they suffered nausea and headaches while others had cramps. Which should I try first?

Exactly. Exercise and diet is the only solution.

No OTC pill works. They only work for some people because they have a massive caffeine content. I think that is what causes the nausea and headaches.

it is just a glorified caffeine pill, green tea x1000, better off just doing cardio

Go lift weights and tighten everything up if you want to change something.

alli is the only OTC drug that has good clinical trials everything else is a mixture of crap and caffeine.

Been bumped by a spammer^ but I'll put my 2c in.

Diet pills hardly do bugger all. All about nutrition and obviously exercise.

Yes, treadmills burn calories resulting in losing bodyfat. But lift some weights! You will NOT turn in to some beast of a woman, but in stead create a body looking like this:

Using diet pills is not a good idea for losing body weight because it may cause many side effects.So you should start following a proper diet plan which only contain low calories,low fats food.Also start eating green veggies and drink green tea because they both helps in losing weight quickly.

The number 1 way to lose weight is your diet. That's it. Everything else comes second. Running is good to tone up, lose weight and keep fit. But diet is your number 1 priority to lose weight.

Diet + running = win.

if you gonna take em, then take only x1 1hour before a workout, i used to take diet pills and i felt a shit load of energy(some are very strong) they also make you sweat alot, but now im smarter with diet and when im in a cutting phase i just eat 3 balanced meals and a protein shake right after my work out. my meals are at 10am breakfast, 2pm lunch, 3pm i lift weights for an hour, 4pm protein shake, 5pm last meal.
i also do cardio in the morning for 20 mins with a jump rope and bodyweight exercises before my first meal. i lose 2lbs a week doing this when im cutting

You need a lifestlye shift. What would you rather have, a temporary success that rebounds into something worst down the line or a permanent shift that makes you content? You may need to shift your macros to ee what works better for you. Don't eat out so much or at least pick better foods and eliminate a few bad ones. Eat more protein so you get fuller faster. Try HIIT 3 days a week. It's very efficient and time saving to burn fat and stay in shape.

I don't think so we should use diet pills because these diet pills have many side effects. Natural way of weight lose is best. We can lose weight and can do diet with eating simple food and with exercise.
