I'm having a little problem here.
There is this girl in my math class, HB 8.
She's been giving me a lot of IOI's but I've never talked to her, I mean i have seen her turn around just to get a look at me.
Well the problem is I can't seem to get over the AA and I'm very frustrated because of this.
The semester is over soon and i would like to look at this as my last chance to talk her. I will see her on Monday during our final exam.

So I'm wondering if you guys could help me out here, I'm looking for an opener, just a simple one. And how I would go from there.
She doesn't seem to be the talkative type and I'm worried i will freeze during the conversation.

Any tips would be great

Well, its an exam right? Why not after the exam you just go up and ask her how it went? Maybe neg her if she doesnt think she did really well. Its a really easy way to open, youve got it made

Well you've waited a long time with this one...BUT I'd bet it's not too late, since you haven't even talked to her yet.

Do what I do: Open with something simple and situational! Classes are one of the easiest ways to get to talking with people (Keeping in mind that you should make sure it's cool for you to talk and the teacher won't give you shit. Respect your professors and they will love you for it.)

Examples? Sure. How about something like:

-You're in my math class, aren't you? (Provided you see her outside of class at some point.)

-(After the final) Hey, don't look so down, that class is OVER! High five! *then have her give you a high five*

-(Any time) Winter break is coming up...something tells me you're a fun person and you've got something awesome planned. What are you gonna do with all that free time on your hands?

Just a couple quick ones for you, but with these you HAVE to make sure you can take the conversation to something fun and exciting. Get her laughing, throw in a DHV story or two, and get her to qualify to you. These types of openers are my favorites, but you HAVE to be careful because you can easily slip into the trap of "Boring conversation/Interview questions".

Honestly about the waiting part I don't think it's over, because she keeps giving me IOI's, very often she looks at me thinking that i can't see her. And when i look somewhere near her she looks away. I would say I have higher value than her, that helps doesn't it?

Well tomorrow is the day. Hope I won't chicken out.. :/
