So I know it is probable a lot "cooler" to have your own pad when you bring a girl home. But right now I don't make that much, and living alone is expense, so I live with one of my best friends.

We aren't always here at the same time, but his shit is always here. Just out of curiosity, does this hurt your game when the girl sees you share an apartment?

Is there any good ways of making a positive spin on the situation?

Wait a second. Do you both share the same room, or do you guys have different rooms within the same apartment?

It doesnt hurt your game, but a girl will do a lot more with you if she knows you are alone, so try and bring her home when he isn't there. Just tell him to clean up his shit, or if you really care do a little clean before you leave.

It depends, you're talking about his shit being always there. That might lower your value when the house/apartment is a mess or he leaves low value items as self help books lying around.

I live in an apartment together with a good friend. I have the en-suit bathroom (higher value) and the apartment is tidy and well furnished. The furniture matches, there is no (over sized) TV or overcompensating audio equipment, there are a few (easy to maintain) plants and some nice pictures on the wall.

Also do I always have a basked of fruits on the table. And do I try to have flowers somewhere.

These things will show that you take care. Without bragging, do I dare to say that my apartment is nicer then that of most of my female friends (they are impressed).

And my favorite feature btw it the liqueur cabinet that I created. A collection of whiskey and wine bottles, some brandy, a special (polish, so still cheap) vodka and maybe some cheap drinks. Put 2-3 sets of different types of glasses next to it. And put it in the corner, or in the cabinet. Then it doesn't look as if you show off, but it does show that you know your drinks. Or for me it usually it is a great conversation starter about Whiskeys, which I love.

I own a townhouse, and I lease my second bedroom out. My roomate's a legal secretary - in her mid-50's. She's cool and knows I like to fuck (zero chemistry). She knows my game - she sees me work my game - and she offers insight into the female psychi if asked... So from that standpoint - it's cool as fuck.

Women I pick up are also more comfortable knowing I'm roommates with another woman, they actually feel safer, some have said.

I'm OCD-clean as well - so that's also a plus - Just about EVERY woman that comes here says my pad is cleaner than their own house... Bam! DHV.

No, it doesn't affect my game - I'm a grown ass man. It's a non-issue.

Same here, I like that compliment as well (and to be honest, most women are much dirtier then men, ever been to a girls only house?).

I just came back from 3 weeks just living ina girls dorm... fucking pig sty. except for one chick... best part is she always cleaned up my shit haha loved it she was a crazy cunt tho
