How to use match % to your advantage

Does anyone have any input or experience on how to use a high match percentage to your own advantage? Also, inversely, how to use a low match percentage to your advantage as well?

I'm new to the world of PUA and online dating but I've found this forum to quite useful. Thanks in advance.
