I've been doing some testing with openers that are incomplete. When
I use one the girl is expecting me to continue, so her reaction is
usually a look that says "go on."

Here's my favorite incomplete opener of the moment that I love
using on girls in bars:

"Me and my friend."

That's the entire opener.

If I'm standing at a bar next to my wingman and a cute girl walks
by, I'll gently touch her hand or tap her on the shoulder and say,
"Me and my friend." Then I'll point to myself and my friend.

Some girls are funny and say, "Well hello me and my friend." Others
will ask us for our names outright. And then others will say, "And?
Is that all?"

Then I say, "Well yeah, were you expecting something more?!"

Then my friend comes in with a few words and next thing we know
we're in conversation. "Me and my friend" works more often than
not, and what I like most about it is its simplicity (Also the reason why direct openers like "the Apocalypse opener" is so effective). Try it.

So what does this really mean? Well it says that openers may be
less important than we think it is, and that our efforts to come up
with something bulletproof is a waste of time. Still, you do need
to create that initial spark that makes her want to continue
talking to you.

A lot of guys confuse the fact that the opener is simply designed
to OPEN, and not make her panties wet or wow her. Make her
interested enough to want to have a conversation with you, and the
opener worked as it should. "Me and my friend" works because it
creates intrigue, a big component of attraction.

After trying dozens and dozens of different openers, I finally
settled on two that are my "defaults," meaning they are powerful
enough that I can use them regardless of the girl or the
environment.

and i understand what ur saying about openers in general.
opening has nothing to do with what u say, its about how you say it. projecting confidence and DHV is 99% of any opener!

im still very newbie at this Game, but that's my opinion at least.

by the way this is not a weird opener. thats what openers should look like. its a very subtle introduction and forcing the girl to react to it... kind of like giving her an invitation.. "yo me and my friend... you in or you out?" and by her responding in a question or interesting manner -> she is taking your invitation.

I know this thread is a couple of days old but I'd like to take a stab at coming up with a Solo Opener.

"This is me."

At which point HB's either go "What is you?", or "Who are you?". The very structure of the phrase is intriguing in itself as it could sound like you're referring to something, or trying to say something soulful about yourself. It's really open ended.

Okay heres my default openers.

Just walk up to your target and go..
"Hey we'll prolly never see eath other again, but just had to tell ya im INLIKE with ya style/hair/shoes." (Smile)
they ALWAYS smile and say thanks or explain the style combos or whatever. Than you introduce yourself, talk about style for a bit (Dont stay too long on the opener) Then transition to showing abit of sexual intent. This always hook. (for me atleast)
2nd mistaken Identity!
Walk up to your target (doesn’t matter what the setting) and go “Hey Kelse, long time… last time I saw you, you were buttnaked at Rye’s foam party,.. how’s it going?” (going for a hug is optional)
In most cases I got em laughing or smiling at first and then they say I got the wrong person or whatever… I introduce myself then blame her for looking like Kelse and take it from there, to Statement of Intent. I don’t like beating around the bush for too long.


BUT DUSTY WHAT IF HER NAME IS REALLY KELSE??

Dude you don’t have to use “Kelse” its just an example. You can use any name doesn’t really matter. But what if you DO use her real name, chances are she’s gonna call you out on it and deny knowing you (unless she’s great at roleplay) what I do (only did it once) This girl’s name was Amanda a waitress/student..

Me “Mandy!! How are ya dork? Last time I saw you, you were buttnaked and have folks taken shots off ya..” (smile)

Lol true story I’ve never seen anybody this shocked and puzzled… she looked me at with that Dude-WTF-Stare…
I mirrored her expression and went : “ You are Mandy Rogers aren’t ya?”

She : “ Hahaha no! Duuude! My heart nearly stopped… Im thinkin “When the fuck did this happen?” I never get that wasted ever. “

I explained, we had more back and forth small talk, #-closed.

Anything from "O.M.G" to "WoW" is incomplete openers.
Back in Highschool i used the 'WoW' one alot.

just walk up to her and go "WoW!!" most girls say thank you as they think it's their beauty that's blowing you away.

Me : "Wow!" (really blown away expression)
She : "Thanks" or whatever.
Me: "Thanks for?"

get it? simple.
