Watched the feature on English Channel 4 last night... (Insight - The Rules Of Secudtion) and it opened my eyes to something that could potentially change my life
Anyway... I'm Alex, 21 and bit of a car nut (as most young blokes are i guess...) I have always had a bad self-esteem problem due to problems in my childhood - bullying etc etc usual stuff really, and find it hard to approach women when out and about and how to go about it after that... I also never understood how to start speaking to others in everyday scenario's for example when out and about just usually during the day...
Most of my relationships have been long distance and as such started on forums for example the forums for my old car etc, recently (well march!) moved into my own place, but finding it hard to make the most of life at the mo because im too shy to go introduce myself to people... worry too much about looking like a fool or about what to say after that etc...
But i hope that this site may be able to help me
