Yes, it's Mystery's e-book, and yes, you should probably pick it up. The man's batfuck crazy, but in the way only geniouses can be. His writing style leaves a lot to be desired, but there is some great knowledge on every page of his book if you can sift through piss-poor grammar to get to it.

Hi Beno,

The Venusian Arts Handbook by Mystery is the Bible of PUA. I still keep a printed copy as a reference in case I need it.

Respectfully,

M

If you haven't made decision yet, here's my 2 cents.

The Venusian Arts is a damn good guide.

What I like about it was how well every interaction is broken down.
I also like his 3MM model (that's what it's called, i think).
He breaks everything down into a perfect structure.
Every single phase of a successful pickup is broken down here.

About other books...

David Deangelo was a good read you say?
I feel the same way.
He get's really deep into the psychology of it all.
Touches alot on inner game, which I feel is the most important.
And his cocky/funny is right on the mark.

If you haven't seen it, I suggest getting Wayne Elise's book too.
He doesn't seem to have a specific methodology... it's all natural conversation skills.
He gives a good deal of examples, and his writing style is congruent with the attitude of a great PUA, let alone an extremely likeable, funny guy.
It's a good read.

Also, Robert Greene's The Art of Seduction is a good read.
There's alot of talk about historical seductions and that,
but he hits on a ton of things that cause attraction.
This book seems to give me more of an edge to keeping a relationship going, versus just a quick pickup.
It breaks down just about everything fundamental to attraction.
Plus it breaks down a ton of different personality types, and what works for them.

I've read a ton of other books as well, but these authors/books seem to have had the biggest impact on my game.

I have to say that the biggest impact on MY game has definately been "How to Meet and Connect with Women" by Wayne Elise (Juggler), but clearly Mysterys ebook and David DeAngelos Double Your Dating are great reads and offer good insight.

Im fairly new though, so ive gotta get alot more experience testing different things, but Jugglers ebook certainly is made out of pure gold, in my opinion, along with his podcasts.

I guess what im doing at the moment is just Juggler "method" with an underlying flexible MM thread to maintain some structure. If that makes any sense.

Makes perfect sense.
I try to do the same thing.

I use MM to give my game structure... I know when I'm in A1, A2, A3...
And I pay attention to giving/receiving IOI's, DHV, etc.
And his last-minute resistance techniques are awesome as well.

I use Juggler's Method through most of my conversations. Him mixed in with David D. cocky/funny always leads to results. Plus there are certain things Juggler designed specifically that work... like his version of sexual escalation, and avoiding resistance just through openly acknowledging that they're being bad, etc.

Like I said with Robert Greene's The Art Of Seduction, I use that in continuing the relationship. I will notice what kind of "target" she is (Fallen Star, for example) and treat her accordingly... all while keeping true to the above.

But lastly, I've got to stay true to my roots.
David Deangelo. I've read over half of what he's put out.
His two overall ebooks, DYD and Attraction Isn't A Choice.
I have his Cocky Comedy CD Series.
Inner game stuff. All kinds of stuff.
This is where most of my game comes from.

I think I'm going to start a thread: How do you structure your game?

Think im going to purchase this and Jugglers e book based on your comments (i'm blaming you guys if i'm not in triple figures by march!!!)

Haha no i've read a lot of DD's material and its good stuff, C/F has got soem good results for me but even when I havent closed i've had a shit load of fun in the process and made some good female acquaintences (excellent for social proof later on ). I'm comfortable holding my own, conversation wise, in a set now with little or no pre-prepared material but my game definitely lacks structure and the knowledge to know when and how to move things along to the next level! Might be just what I need to help me progress to the next stage 8)
